How do you guys go through your gaming backlog?

Here's how I do it

It takes a while...

stop buying. start playing.

Pick one at random and force yourself to play it.

It would just be comical to post my backlog here so I'll just say I play them randomly and piece meal until something strikes a chord and I wrap it up or keep it in rotation.

I find it hard to believe anyone sitting on a 20 year backlog has some kind of super efficient clearance system, but, who knows.
