I killed a disc drive in an original Xbox. I have killed 8 360s to a variety of problems, Red lights, E74, disc drives. But, all the 360s were under warranty. So, it wasn't a huge deal.

My gamecube ceased to function a number of years ago. I also broke the screen on my old GBA way back when. Although, technically, I didn't replace either of those systems. Haven't had the typical 360 RRoD or anything like that.

So, 0?

One 360 after 3 years of heavy gaming but Microsoft fixed it for free and a friend lent me a spare one for the meantime so it was no hassle at all. I have a launch 60gb PS3 but I never use it so that's probably why.

In comparison I've had several vid cards, motherboards and CPU's fail on me over the years usually requiring a complete system overhaul.

Only console I've ever had to replace was a NES. My brother threw the controller hard enough that it broke the case of the console (no kidding) and then blamed it on me.
