You can get pay $1 or more for Steam keys for Company of Heroes (and its two full-blown expansions Opposing Fronts and Tales of Valor), Darksiders, Metro 2033, and Red Faction: Armageddon. And if you pay over the average price you’ll also receive the extraordinary Saints Row: The Third! So yes, THQ is desperate at this point so why not help them out. Lastly you can get the soundtracks for all of these games. Go buy these games at humblebundle.com

This bundle is worth it, but it doesn't have the Saints Row The Third music you want. That's all licensed.

Yep. No hesitation. (Thanks Double Fine live stream)

On the main page it shows the soundtrack of the game so I'd say that it has the soundtrack.

If I put 100% does that mean it all goes to THQ?

I made myself sad :(

It's an awesome deal. Really weird for a company like THQ to be participating in a Humble Bundle, but I'm not going to say no to cheap games.

Wow, that is a really nice offer. Even though I own a few of them it's a must buy.

considering their financial situation, is it REALLY?

#9 Posted by Bocam (3784 posts) -

I'd buy that for a dollar

#10 Posted by Nikral (289 posts) -

@MattyFTM: I think THQ just really needs the money right now.

#11 Posted by I_smell (3924 posts) -

The "Humble EA Bundle" was kind of a joke, because EA is the fucking top o the food chain. THQ though, I guess they could use some slack!

These Humble Bundle guys still suck like hell at making trailers :/

And if you click on the image of the soundtrack

Saints Row: The Third - The Soundtrack

THQ

Written by Malcolm Kirby Jr, this original soundtrack touches upon the greatest moments of Saints Row: The Third with this energetic score that spans over 8 tracks.

Available in MP3 format.

I'm presuming the soundtrack is actually just the musical score; eight tracks, all by Malcolm Kirby.

I've never overlapped purchases on a bundle. If I buy this, can I gift one of the games without gifting the whole set?

So is it the usual one code for all the below average games and a seperate code for the above? I already have Darksiders and the Company of Heroes stuff and wouldn't mind giving that away.

#16 Posted by Phatmac (5726 posts) -

So maybe it doesn't have the soundtrack? I just got like a shit ton of games for 6 bucks so that's fine with me.

#17 Posted by TooWalrus (13232 posts) -

Sold! I should probably... play Saint's Row.

#18 Posted by RE_Player1 (7563 posts) -

Got everything for $7. Woooooooo.

#19 Posted by GentlemanlyGentleman (320 posts) -

Damn. I must say, I feel kind of sad at the possibility that THQ needed to do this to get some money.

I won't say no of course, but still.

Damn.

#20 Posted by TheSouthernDandy (3903 posts) -

Wow. That's bananas. How do you not pick that up if you don't already own those games? I don't think any of them even work on a mac but I'm in.

#21 Posted by ZeForgotten (10397 posts) -

Meh, I already own all the games so I guess 50 bucks is enough for me to pay for all of that just to show support

Pretty much, so obviously no Power or Hero, but most importantly, no GARAGE MENU MUSIC! Still an awesome deal, though.

#23 Posted by Marz (5658 posts) -

that's a pretty good deal.

#24 Posted by SirOptimusPrime (2025 posts) -

I feel kind of bad that I barely put any money into this. Then again, I still haven't played SR3 and Darksiders on PS3 looked like booty. Also, the copy of Metro 2033 floated into the aether because I already own it and it was a lump code :|

It gives you a single key for Saints Row, and then a key for the rest of the games (not individual, one key that unlocks all of them).

#26 Posted by Jimbo (9863 posts) -

I own them all already (so don't blame me, THQ!), but Company of Heroes is definitely worth your time and a dollar. The rest... less so.

#27 Posted by benjaebe (2783 posts) -

Damn good deal.

#28 Posted by SSully (4231 posts) -

I have most of these games, but I got it anyways. Put 13 out of the 15 I paid to THQ, they need it.

#29 Posted by NyxFe (248 posts) -

This is incredible. I own everything but I'm buying them all again anyway.

#30 Posted by Natedogg2 (453 posts) -

Wow, great deal. I'm not interested in the Company of Heroes games, but I'm interested in everything else.

I swear, at this point, these bundles are doing worse things to my backlogs than Steam sales.

#31 Posted by Abendlaender (2832 posts) -

Oh wow, THQ won't be around much longer, won't they?

#32 Posted by Phatmac (5726 posts) -

Even if you got these games, maybe help out THQ a little?

#33 Posted by plop1920 (451 posts) -

I love humble bundles, but they always make me feel so cheap

#34 Posted by Fredddi43 (340 posts) -

Dude, thanks! Even so I own most of them already, I'll pick it up for Saints Row. That is one of the best bargains I've ever seen.

#35 Edited by Ducksworth (662 posts) -

Such a great deal...but I don't have a PC anywhere near capable of running them.

#36 Posted by Benny (1953 posts) -

Guess they're literally a charity case now. That sucks. Great deal if anyone wanted to play any of these titles though obviously.

#37 Posted by gaminghooligan (1462 posts) -

Doing it. No excuse not to.

@Phatmac said:

Yeah, I see people (not on here, yet, I think) who just pay 1 dollar.
That dollar goes to absolutely nobody at all, not even to THQ even if you pick that it should.

50 is and will always be my minimum for all these crazy bundles.
25 goes to the developers
25 goes to charity
0 to the Humble Tip!

Should I add this to the Humble Indie Bundle page, or should we change it to "Humble Bundle"? Also, anybody wanna get this for me?

#40 Posted by Natedogg2 (453 posts) -

I'm a little sad. The average price keeps going down (it's gone down about .10 since I started watching). Silly people just donating a dollar. Might as well beat the average and get Saints Row as wel..

It isn't surprising that THQ would want to be involved in something like this to drum up some money and gain a bunch of publicity. However it is very surprising that Humble Bundle Inc, who were set up to give exposure to the games of small indie developers, would want this. THQ are a large company with thousands of employees and, more importantly, shareholders. They aren't indie. They aren't even close to indie. It sucks that people are probably going to lose their jobs over this THQ thing, but the people who stand to gain the most from a publicity stunt like this are the shareholders. And that goes against everything the Humble Bundle has done so far and is completely out of character.

Looks like they're playing more towards the Humble part of their name at this point. Nothing wrong with that.

#43 Posted by osuzoo08 (90 posts) -

I have all of the CoH because of a steam glitch from last year but now I have them at least in my purchase history plus all the other games for less than 6 bucks can't beat that.

#44 Edited by djou (877 posts) -

I just picked one up and I adjusted the sliders to kick THQ a few extras bones since this moves reeks of the flop sweat of a game publisher going down.

#45 Posted by Phatmac (5726 posts) -

I want to punch people that are upset that THQ is in the humble indie bundle. Fucking Mojang is still considered Indie and I bet they have more money than THQ. Ugh.

IIRC That "EA Indie Bundle" wasn't something put together by the Humble Bundle guys, it was some sleazy thing EA did on their own and sold for $20.

#47 Posted by Venatio (4491 posts) -

I already have most of those games :( Still a great deal though

#48 Edited by Ducksworth (662 posts) -

I'm such a punk. Just purchased the bundle when I have literally nothing that can run them and the only thing I was interested in is Darksiders. Maybe they'll have the "look, more games! WILL YOU BUY ME NOW!?" and there'll be something worthwhile there. I feel so filthy.

#49 Posted by CrimsonNoir (402 posts) -

@SirOptimusPrime: You get two Steam keys, one from the bundle of games and one separate key for Saints Row 3.

#50 Posted by gaminghooligan (1462 posts) -

just paid 15 dollars for COH lol all to THQ. Never realized what a THQ fan I was until I looked through my library and saw all those games. Also bought another bundle for 10 dollars when I realized... hey now I have Christmas gifts for all my friends :).
