Hello I am a person who recently joined Giant Bomb. I have previously seen several interviews about the industry and games on Gametrailers and decided to register an account. I watched a few videos and know that this game video site is great. It is one of the sites I go for the monthly video reviews and there are so many good gameplay videos to view. Also like most people I started out as a Lurker instead of a Hydralisk like it should be.
For me being an active user is logging on once in a month.
Hello Crono and the only person to say hello. It is just like this in most games where people never say hello anymore...ever unless telling people off is the new way of saying hello.
I too left Gametrailers and came to this site recently. I couldn't stand that place any longer. The mods, the threads, the video player; I just couldn't take it anymore.

What The Fuck? A guy comes onto the forums with a "Hi, I'm new" post, and all most of you guys do is spam nonsense. Yes, his post was quite poorly worded - but english probably isn't his first language. That's no reason to spam nonsense. Well done guys. Great job making the new guy feel welcome!!! I honestly expect better from this community.
Anyway ratscats, welcome to the site, I hope you like it here. I recommend you check out the FAQ's and rules in this thread. I apologise for the behaviour of some of the guys in this thread. They probably need to have a read of the forum rules too!!!
