I own a 60GB PS3 and haven't played a Ratchet & Clank game before

So that means I can any of the 7 games in the series

Which one should I buy? Just the PS3 ones?

I'd suggest the first two games. Ratchet and Clank, and Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando. A lot of people say Up Your Arsenal is better, but I've always found that hard to believe. Though, I did never try it out online, and Up Your Arsenal was the first one to have online multiplayer.
