I would clearly choose vinnie as he would be a pychic/bug type pokemon

And everybody know psychic pokemon are the best

(I am pretty sure brad would be rock type, but thats just me)

lol missingno is the best by far.

Really I would just want to be able to choose Metagross who IMO is the best Pokemon. Vinny looks pretty tough so I'll choose him to be Metagross.
