illegal moves

I have purchased a hp la;ptop with the game chess titans and there are a lot of moves that the computer makes that are highly invalid . how do you prppose to fix this problem. for example a black pawn can make a white pawn disappear by simply moving to a spot on the board and not be in a position to take the white pawn on a diagonal move ..................the game cheats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
