Is someone still into Facebook games?

The question is... is someone still playing games on Facebook? I don't get any game invitations anymore. Either my friends finally understood that I was going to block them for sending me Farmville and other stupid requests or noone's playing now.

Geez, I remember the Farmville craziness. We even spent the real money on game cash.

It'll begin soon with Farmville 2.

Not gonna lie, I definitely had a month or so that I got into a few of them...but honestly, I never spent any real money -- I do know people that have spent thousands on Farmville and continue to do so. All the "freemium" games on FB and mobile phones just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. personally, I'd rather buy a game once and have the ability to play as much as I want rather than be micro-transactioned to death.

We exterminated those who enjoyed Facebook games around here and got rid of their corpses a while back.

That dungeon-keeper-esque game on there is cool. I go back to that from time to time.

Not anymore, I use to like playing Bejeweled Blitz and Tetris. It is a way to find out who your friends really are. If they constantly send game requests but can't be bothered to write Happy Birthday on your wall. Then those people are not your friends.

My mother was into them for a while, but even she quit so you know they're losing their appeal. Well, the Zynga games at least.

I don't know anyone who ever played any of those Facebook games (well except for sister, but she only played some kind of Competitive Tetris...)

Not as much as I used to. I play sims social and words with friends. I think the reason why people aren't bombarded with invites is they made it to only people who play it ALSO will get the invites to send things not everyone on your friendslist.

I'm sure 'someone' is.

I still play a bit of Marvel Avenger's Assemble from time to time.

Now that they have Angry Birds as one of the facebook games, betting people are still playing them.

You do realize they are massively popular, right? My friends don't play them either but I don't assume no one else does because of it...

nope, i never really got into those games as they were annoying to play. i'll play something on steam, xbox 360 or ps3 if i wanted to.

I used to play a lot of the UFC FIght Nation game, but now I don't play facebook games anymore. Most of those games are pretty stupid.

Never was, which leads me to ask: would it be poor etiquette to block game invites from friends? Constantly getting invites to the Avengers games after literally playing for 20 minutes.

Used to play a lot of Bejeweled and Poker, got bored of them.

Used to play a lot of Dragon Age: Legends but now it's getting shut down.

Ever heard of Cityville? Yeah me neither.

Was I ever into Facebook games? No.

The Angry Birds are on Facebook? Really? Wooow, how did I miss that. I absolutely love them! But I guess there is the common Facebook-game problem with the limited energy and coins again, isn't it? That's really annoying. If this crap is still there, I'd better keep on playing it on my phone.

Well, as for the addicts - my brother used to get a 10 euro paysafecard alone for the Facebook games. I did once but thanks god I realized I could need the credits somewhere else.

I just like it. Of course I don't spent as much time as I used to. At the beginning I tried every game I got an invitation. But you get bored pretty soon...So now I either play games somebody recommended me or the ones I just kept. For example League of Legends or Farmerama :)

But in order not to spend to much money in it I buy one paysafecard for £ 10 at the beginning of the month so I can control it!
