Sorry if someone already posted, I cannot tell whether or not this is an actual game or some cleaver advertising campaign. What does IBM have to do with it? Is it a city building game or just some sort of management sim? If its real it seems really interesting and im sure it will be way over all our heads.Thoughts?
Sims like that already exist for certain college courses. My history teacher in high school was trying to get a masters in marketing had a really weird sim where he had to manage companies throughout the world, read pseudo newspaper articles, and micromanage ridiculously. Maybe it's real, maybe it's not. But things exist like that if you're interested.
It's not a web/flash game. It's a a proper urban planning teaching tool which is housed in a game engine. There's a whole sponsorship deal tied to this and Universities get access to it at severely reduced cost.
