I can understand how he may want compensation for his likness and number being used in the game. I mean, come on, we all know who number 32 on the all star Cleveland team is. What puzzles me is why hes sueing Sony. EA is responsible for the content, and besides that this game is multiplat and is on the 360 and Wii, yet Nintendo and Mircosoft are not mentioned.
