no dude, you are getting to excited about this. jimmy fallons show tries hard to bring on somebody who is kinda nerdy, knows about tech stuff, or fanboy stuff. has nothing to do with videogames getting more respect.
btw, his show fucking sucks. i saw him interviewing clive owen, a big fucking star who doesnt need to be on his show, and jimmy talked about 90 percent of the interview.
Funnily enough, they do seem to really like it. One sexy Ms, above the age of 20, said it was the best clock she had ever have seen, I hear similar things often.
I really think It's a case of it being so tacky...it's actually cool.
The only reason I watch X-play is because I enjoy Adam Sessler. I tend to tune out Morgan Webb, the way she talks just irritates me and her voice-over reviews sometimes have really dumb comments. I also can't stand Jimmy Fallon...WHO THE FUCK decided that he is funny. I find drywalls funnier, my snake has a better sense of humor. Jimmy Fallon single handedly killed SNL for me.
I think Ice T is the only celeb i've heard mention their gamertag on TV. Everyone else who admits to being a gamer never says what their tag is, probebly cause that's one of the few bits of private information they have.
