Kevin Butler promoting the Wii? - General Discussion

We all know Kevin Butler as the face of the Playstation 3. He's been there telling us how awesome the PS3 is and we've been telling him how awesome he is. Sony made a great move using him to promote the console, especially after the weird commercials during the launch that involved creepy babies and the like.

And now, Kevin Butler has done the unthinkable.

Kevin Butler has changed his alignment... either to Nintendo or neutral. Not really sure. Even though I've been a fan of the Wii for years now, this is a bit unsettling. What's next, Kevin Butler promoting Windows 8? Ouya? Apple? Where will it end?

Or maybe this is just his alter ego, Jerry Lambert? I mean, the duder needs to work, I guess. Also, where the fuck is Marcus?

The character Kevin Butler is probably still owned by Sony but the actor (I have no idea what his actual name is) can go off and pursue other projects. Shrine ain't gon' fix itself, son!

The weirdest part about this is him being so sincere. He isn't sarcastic at all in this advert. Shit is unsettling.

Man's gotta eat.
Also he's not advertising Wii, he's in a tire commercial. Bridgestone is advertising Wii. He's was probably hired due to his familiarity with console advertising.

Tell that to the Bridgestone fanboys in a few years when he's in a Microsoft ad promoting some Goodyear tire giveaway.

I still think he should have been a character on Playstation All-Stars. That probably would have been enough to make me seriously considering purchasing the game.

He's not supposed to be Kevin Butler, but even if he was, wouldn't doing something like this totally fit Kevin Butler's personality?

Let's just pray we never see Jeremy switch sides, demoing the next zelda. Great shot Jeremy, you backstabber.
