Kinect is meant for a pick up and play experience meant for a new game player.  Microsoft's answer to the expansive Wii Market.
The challenge for Microsoft is develop / publish games that appeal to new players but stay challenging and exciting to keep the Core Gamer interested.
Is there anyway to blend  the two audiences to create a revolutionary Kinect game?
How can this be done if it can be done at all?

You realize that this discussion point is super old, right?  There's probably a thread or two at the Kinect board where you could have seen the same discussion going on.

Kinect is not aimed for this audience.  That's it.

everything for the next few years on kinect will be for the casual gamer. the core/hardcore gamer will be left out till then or till another xbox comes out. truth of the matter is that no one will want to spend money making a game that might not do well. they would all rather make a halo 4/gears4........ game makers are not brave enough to set trends anymore, they make what works and sells. so to answer your question, no. there will be no new revolutionary Kinect game. (but lets hope im wrong)
