Last EGM?

Just wondering if 1UP has posted the PDF of the last EGM. I've been looking everywhere online for it and haven't found it. The magazine's been gone for over 3 months now; you'd think it'd be online somewhere if it's going to be published at all.

I never downloaded it but I'm sure they put it up months ago, heard it on 1up yours and rebel fm. I guess they probably took it down if you can't find it..

Any idea if there's a RapidShare link somewhere?
