Looking for a TItle i can't remember the name of

I can't remember the name of this game for the life of me.  I thought I saw a quick look about it before, but i can't seem to locate it now.
 
in the game you are the king of the kingdom.  It is up to you to place a bounty on exploring areas and dealing with situations that occur as a result.  You just place a reward amount on the location and it is up to your local adventurers to decide whether the money is worth the risk and to go out and fight for you.  There is also an economy system to it where you build up your town to better provide for your adventurers.
 
Any help in locating the name of this title would be greatly appreciated.
