mercenaries 2 split screen is this true? - General Discussion

I have seen a lot of commenst about not offline co-op. any of this true? anyone knows about this?

Yeah, I don't think it does have split screen. I haven't read anything official, but we all saw the frame rate issues the game had earlier in development. They seem to have fixed most of them in more recent builds, but having to render everything twice would be a real strain on resources and make the frame rate drop again.

I have never, ever read a single article/preview stating that the game will have split screen co-op. I would highly doubt that you'd see the feature in the game.
