Um. Unless something drastic has changed very recently, there aren't any MMOs on the 360.

Planetside 2 is on pc. Also Blacklight Retribution. I think you can get them both on steam as well.

Wait, how is Blacklight Retribution an MMO?

Defiance is coming out pretty soon. That's meant to be an MMO/Shooter right? And it's on console, also.

Warframe is somewhat MMO and free-to-play on PC. Well, the maximum party size is four.

Defiance seems the most up your alley; PlanetSide 2 as well, but it has pretty high requirements.
