Most times you've ever beaten a single game?

Just finished my 11th play-through of LOZ: A Link to the Past, and figured I can't be the only one to have beaten one game a ridiculous amount of times, so share your highest number with everyone.

Oh, and fighting games or other games with ridiculously short campaigns don't count.

I've beaten Half Life 2 about 24 times now I think...Last time I beat it was on May 2-4

I'm currently wrapping up my third run through of Mass Effect, and already calculating how I'm going to go through my fourth run. That will tie my previous record, of playing through Psychonauts start to finish four times.

I'm not sure EXACTLY how many times I've beaten Ocarina of Time but it's definitely safe to say that its in the double digits. I had everything down to a formula back then as to which secret items to get when, where the heart pieces were, how to solve the Water Temple in a quick and efficient amount of time. And as a sign of a truly fantastic game, I loved every tenth time replayed moment of it...except for the water temple.

Strider 2 and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, both of which I've beaten more than three times, a big deal for me.

I've been thru Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 6 times in the XBOX 360 and 8 times in the PS2, so about 14 times. 

It's a great game to chill... and use force powers. :p

I also beated 6 times Knights of The Old Republic, and 4 Resident Evil 4.

I've played through Quest for Glory and the second Leisure Suit Larry probably close to five or six times apiece.  Console-wise, I've played through Super Mario World somewhere around six or seven times.

Literally, hundreds of times. Resident Evil 2. At my peak I trounced the world record speedrun time by 11 minutes, but at the time had no idea it was ahead of the world record, nor the means to record it. This was back in secondary school when I was super poor and had little else to do.

Fallout (original) must be approaching 100 times.

And i've put thousands of hours into Street Fighter II as well.

Super Mario World not counting warps. Super Mario Bros. 3 counting the warps.

I usually beat these games twice a year now, but a long time ago I could beat it 5 times a year.

I've played through MGS 3 about 5 times.

I can't seem to think of any at the moment

I have beat Mario 3 more times then I care to admit to.

FF7 and 8 about 15 times each, MGS1 about 10 times, MGS2 about 30 times xD Ocarina of Time about 15 times.....still cant do that bloody Water Temple efficiently >.< 
I replay a lot of games xD  haven't been doing it with recent games though =/

Tetris Attack, played and beated that game at least once a week for about 10 years now...

Splinter Cell: Double Agent twice on 360, and once on regular Xbox... not sure if that counts though because they arent really the same... so 2 or 3 times :P

it has to be Dead Space. I played it over and over again atleast 6 or 7 times, mostly for fun and also for trophies. awesome game!

I beat Max Payne 2 probably 5 or 6 times.  I just love the story and writing, and the game is a lot of fun to play as well.

Halo: Combat Evolved. 10+ times mostly co-op. Back in the day before live...

I'm working on my eighth Fallout3 finish, on PS3 and PC.

MGS2 and Max Payne 2 both above 10x each.

I beat Turtles in Time a gang of times. Probably nearly 10 times and it isn't that short. Halo: Combat Evolved probably 4 or 5 times. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 3 times. Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando probably about 3 times.

Beat spyro 2 three or four times.

the first Half-Life, Super Mario World, Unreal Tournament 3, GoldenEye007.

RE4. About 16 or 17 times, I'm not exactly sure how many.

legend of zelda ocarina of time, ive beaten that game more then like 6 times.

Not very many times, The most for me was like 4 times?

i played bioshock 4 times, mass effect something like 9

I've beaten Impossible Mission for the Commodore 64 more times than I can remember. I'd say it'd be over 100 for sure.

I was going to say something like Super Mario Bros 3 or Doom, which I've beaten many times, but it's more likely to be something short and easy, like TMNT1 Fall of the Foot Clan on Gameboy, which I can beat in under an hour.

Halo: Combat Evolved 30 to 40 times.

KOTOR: 8 TImes (my bro is on is twelfth play through) KOTOR 2: 10 Times (my bro is playing his 14th playthrough) Half Life 2: 6 times.

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune  6 times  100% completion twice.  Once before and once after the trophy patch.

Tony Hawk's Underground over ten times.

Halo Combat Evolved. 

I have beaten Super Mario 64 about 3-4 times on different platforms. I believe 4 times for Resident Evil 4 as well.

metal gear solid 1 probably around 25 times or so. my brother told me when i was little that you get to play as Rex if you beat it 20 times... what an asshole. no  respek

I beat Pokemon Blue about three times a year for about 6 years so...maybe 18 haha.  Both Golden Sun games about ten times each. I know those three games like the back of my hand.

I beat Enter the Matrix like, 6 times as Ghost.

MGS. I've literally beat that game 40 times. Gets to a point where you know where every single item/enemy/whatever will be and you can sail through that game if you have 2.5 hours to kill.

I think I would say once for sure. I'm generally not one to go back and play through a game again. Although if you think of the different versions of Pokemon as one game this you could say I've played through one 4 or 5 times.

Luigi's Mansion. It's so god damn short, but so fun to play every time!
