I know it hasnt done well so far but with a wanted trailer coming out tonight which apparently many people were impressed with at E3 and rumors of a dark knight game http://www.joystiq.com/2008/08/08/the-ap-asks-wheres-the-dark-knight-game/. Do you think movie to game can change to qualitly this year?
Movie to Game what is your take?
"Does it have potential to change how we look at movie games: Yes.
Will it?: I'm still skeptical until it comes out."
The way they make the dark knight game sound gliding down sounds cool . The fact that the wanted game takes place after the movie is a huge plus. But we will see im excited to see the wanted gameplay tonight to see if it was really as good as to be nominated for shooter of E3 at gamespot
Hale no. Movie to game conversions are always horrible. What would be better is if they built the two entirely independent of each other & then released them at the same time. Ie, Dark Knight comes out, then a Batman game comes out at the SAME time! I bet the Batman game would work as a game should & give far more enjoyment & satisfaction, perhaps getting gamers to go see the movie & vice versa.
Instead you get a Dark Knight movie that's great & a bland, disposable, rip-off video game. Everyone just needs to unite & never buy a movie-to-game conversion until they lose so much money they'll quit this ridiculous pattern of producing such abonimable games!
