My 360 won't read discs

 When I was playing Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, the game stopped. It says "Disc error, clean with soft cloth etc" This has happened before, usually I clean the disc then restart my 360. But now my 360 won't read the disc, I tried it with other games it still won't read. Can anyone help?

the probable issue is the optical lens... so you can buy a dvd lens cleaner or try opening up the xbox, and cleaning the dust and the lens with a bit of cotton and alcoholm though if it is still in warranty it is not advisable. 
 
In that case you should contact the microsoft support.
