So, Namco Bandai's teasing a game known only as "All Star Battle" through this site with a grid of small pictures that are updated on a daily basis.
Today:
This might be Smash Bros. related. Maybe.

Is this where they reveal that Smash Bros and PlayStation All-Stars are teaming up?
Which side is Megaman on?

Megaman won't be in it. His robot dog buddy will be though.

Next thing you know there is going to be a Tales Of fighting game... admittedly that would kick ass.
Having SOME of Namco Bandai characters in Super Smash Bros. would be a good thing right?

Both. He's a double agent.

Also, do you guys really think that a Smash Bros. website would be hosted by Namco Bandai?
Think about that for a second.
funny how many people don't get this simply logic :D
I was trying to convince a dude on GAF with that argument and other stuff (like the ©NBGI instead of ©Nintendo) lol) but he is still really adamant that it's smash bros oO

I took it to mean that it was a Smash Bros. style Namco Bandai game with Namco Bandai characters.

No, he really did mean Smash Bros. Nintendo is partnering with Namco Bandai to develop the next game.

Horses, Lady Liberty, dates, cows, aquarium and a nautilus. If this eventually makes sense, it'll be kinda crazy.
I'm still facepalming over your idea that this could have been Smash Bros. related in any possible way.
Dude, let it go.

I said "maybe". Hell, I could have said "This might be Jump Super Stars related. Maybe." and it'd be the same thing: an off-handed comment not analyzed or deeply considered in any way. How is anyone supposed to know what this has anything to do with?
Was that "trailer" the reason for the countdown? If so, I think someone at Namco Bandai is trolling.
Here's what you were anticipating, guys. Have I mentioned how I fucking love JoJo's Bizarre Adventure? Manga and all.
For anyone who cares, they announced a new anime adaptation of the manga alongside this. "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: The Animation"; reminds me of the Persona 4 anime title.
WRRRRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Too bad this ain't Capcom's Jojo which was an awesome but very input strict game. Cyberconnect2 I guess will aim for more of a cinematic fighter in the vein of the Naruto games instead of being more traditional. We will see when development progresses.

Day 0:
The news is out but I can try making some clarity on the image...
These images very likely refer to each part/generation of the manga series especially with the carriage and the Statue of Liberty indicated part one and two.
