New Game Announcement CoD: Modern Warefare 2?

After much speculation of what this announcement of a multi-platform game tonight, it's a possiblity that MGS4 is coming to 360 but I found something that may disprove it.  http://www.safetys-off.com/2009/03/call-of-duty-modern-warfare-2-site.html  I found this and maybe the multi-platform game announcement is CoD: MW2.  But only time will tell about what the REAL game will be.

why is CODMW2 even a big annoucnment?? we all know its coming and its going to be multiplat.
