The ending to the new bat vs knife was like icing on the cake.

Sadly, I'm not familiar enough with Mass Effect's music to say that the inspiration was drawn from there. I guess I was going for something over which Carl Sagan's voice would fit. Some Vangelis/Blade Runner, Cosmos, TNG. And yeah, '80s films in general. Jack's shown to me an interest in '80s style stuff, so I wanted to have that moment reflect that penchant.

Yep! Pierce is a dang musical maestro.

Well, I've already seen most of this while watching you animate (as in move on screen) and animate (as in make animation) and talk about corn.

@dudeglove: That particular track isn't from Mass effect, but there's a couple of tracks in mass effect that's similar in atmosphere.
