Borderlands is a ton of fun if you're looking for a shooter and don't have it on a console already. Torchlight is a sweet diablo clone if you're into that. What are you into?
I'd pick up the new Monkey Island episodes, as well as keep an eye on Steam and their weekend deals. I also recommend Titan Quest, Silent Storm, Heroes of Might and Magic V, Space Rangers 2, Civilization 4, and Lord of the Rings Online.
