We all know Telltale only takes on existing IP's (even though I would rather see them do something original). What would you guys like to see them work on next?

My vote is The X-Files.

I would say Battlestar Galactica, but I'm not sure if they're style would fit its utterly hopeless atmosphere. I am dying for a good BSG game.

Sin City or Game of Thrones would be cool plus be good to see more of their mature side.

They did a pretty good job with Walking Dead!

American Horror Story.

I'm still holding on to hope that Bryan O'Malley will change his mind and let Telltale do a Scott Pilgrim game.

Are you sure? They put out this little zombie game recently that shows they can do "hopeless" pretty well. :P

Firefly.

Yeah... but BSG is a whole other thing. I don't really know how to describe it. Maybe it's just that it's really, really depressing.

I think they could handle a Silent Hill game really well.

#14 Posted by kristov_romanov (438 posts) -

I'd love them to do Space Quest.

They have King's Quest, I want a new King's Quest...Damnit!

I saw this topic on the main page and came here to say exactly this. It's a match made in frakin' heaven.

Metal Gear Solid or Snatcher

Gilligan's Island. I'm totally serious, that could be amazing.

I want this.

Star Trek or Firefly, pretty much TWD gameplay in space is what Im saying, with more RPG elements.

I'll be honest: I'd love to see another Homestar Runner game.

Or another Poker Night-esque game.

The Sopranos.

#26 Posted by leafhouse (125 posts) -

@Daneian: Snatcher would be so great

#27 Posted by MattDementous (103 posts) -

X-Files. No other option is valid when up against this.

#28 Posted by Animasta (14458 posts) -

so are we all just forgetting jurassic park or what?

#29 Posted by JasonR86 (9365 posts) -

I want them to create a brand new IP.

Online
#30 Posted by leafhouse (125 posts) -

@Animasta: no? obviously we mean we'd like to see these done well

#31 Posted by zeekthegeek (373 posts) -

I think they need to do another run at JP probably. They've clearly learned a lot with TWD

Yep, I actually liked Jurassic Park - for the most part. I would love to see a second season without so many punishing QTE sections.

If they can do The Walking Dead, I don't see why not.

#36 Posted by TheHumanDove (2393 posts) -

I'd like them to stick with the walking dead, because they do it better than the comic or tv show by a mile. After that, I dont know.

#37 Posted by Dalai (6870 posts) -

Well somebody has to make a Honey Boo Boo game. Might as well try to make it tolerable.

  • House MD. Every episode could be a case you have to solve. Your choices and actions could either save the patient or kill them.
  • Back to the Future Season 2.
  • Justified
#40 Posted by Kerned (1168 posts) -

This will never happen, but Boardwalk Empire. You play as a small time booze runner working for Nucky's operation, but as the game goes on you need to make some tough choices and figure out where your allegiances lay.

Breaking Bad for tense situations. Maybe Dexter for detective work?

Stargate SG-1. Mostly because I've been promised a Stargate game multiple times throughout the years, but I've always been let down. Also because Stargate.

Failing that, The Wire. Seriously, think about it. It would be a perfect choice.

Well, there was that side-scrolling shooter on the SNES...

Oh. You mean MacGuyver Stargate.

I suppose that in some parallel universe adventure games would have been known as MacGuyverlikes...

Joke answer: Persona 4

Actual answer: I think an anti-hero adventure game could be pretty sweet. Like a Punisher or Deadpool or Constantine game. Curious how Fables is gonna turn out.
