So you darn Americanos can put a man on the moon, but can't ship a T-shirt to The Europas??

EDIT - Nevermind, that's just Canada, UK and Australia. 

There is no international shipping because of an embargo: The U.S. State Department has declared that all Giant Bomb t-shirts can not exported. They are restricted items.
 
The reason for the embargo wasn't stated, but I believe it's due to the possibility that they may be used in acts of terror, or used against U.S. troops in the middle east.
 
 EDIT: The Lisbon Treaty also had a secret clause which would require the EU to regulate and enforce this ban. Deadly force is authorized in instances of smuggling.
