Ok this is awesome.
I've watched some of the videos IGN has posted where he talks to their editors, and despite not having any interest in the personalities at IGN I've loved the videos.  Now that hes sat down with editors I actually enjoy on their own... oh man.

It will be the greatest thing ever. EVER!

Simple, they had him voice multiple NPC's on the sidewalk and on this occasion two NPC's voiced by him happened to meet and start a conversation. Happened in Oblivion a lot on account of them having like 4 voices.
