He apparently passed away from pancreatic cancer. The dude was involved in just about everything from TV and movies to video games. Here is his IMDB page. He was the composer for Quantic Dream video games.

Aww man, I really liked his music from Heavy Rain. My heart goes out to his friends and family.

Will his music be split in Beyond? Like will the tracks he composed be there and his replacement does the rest or would they have a new composer do the whole thing?

That's terrible. I'm only familiar with his work in Heavy Rain, but it was some great music. My sympathies go out to his loved ones.

I would think the music is pretty much done for that game at this point although I am not sure.

A damn shame, He did excellent work and will be well remembered for years to come because of it. My thoughts go out to those close to him.

Good to know I guess. I haven't really been keeping up with this game so I wasn't sure. Still condolences to his family and friends. I loved Heavy Rain's soundtrack.

This is so sad, such a waste of incredible talent. Thanks for putting up the best song on the Heavy Rain OST by the way, so many memories attached to this song for me.

R.I.P man, at least the afterlife will have a great score now. :<

He'll be missed. He did a great job on past Quantic Dream's games. RIP.
