With Mega Man 9, Bionic Commando, Galaga, Pac-Man, etc. all coming to Live Arcade, PSN, etc -- what classic games would you like to see brought back with proper downloadable sequels.

I would love to see Marble Madness.  I think that you could do a lot with multiplayer online, and do a lot with interesting physics and gravity.
Also, Jackal is just a personal fave.

Cool post.  I wouldn't mind seeing new Contra games or the like made with the original game engines.  I'm a big fan of old-school NES action games, although maybe a lot of those should just stay locked away in my memory for nostalgia's sake.

Someone should do a proper sequel to Tempest and Breakout would propably be awesome too even though it's a really simple game. Lots of things could work like Super Mario Bros. if it was just the same game with prettier graphics and new levels, to be honest as long as it's as good as Pac-Man Championship Edition (I never liked to play pac-man atall but I love championship edition) I don't really care what game they're revitalizing.
