Another week and another episode of Distributed Failure is here for your listening displeasure. We follow that up with some gaming news including the announcement of yet another Wii peripheral, the announcement of new Red Faction: Guerrilla DLC, the possibility of a seasonal subscription fee for 1 vs 100, and plenty more.
