Yes, but most of the time I'm saying things like.

"Oh that was awesome!"

#3 Posted by PeasantAbuse (5120 posts) -

No, I just cry a lot.

#4 Posted by Xtrememuffinman (958 posts) -

Occasionally out of frustration by myself, always with others.

#5 Posted by FunExplosions (5407 posts) -

No. I punch things sometimes, though.

#6 Posted by Getz (2954 posts) -

Mostly I just mutter to myself. I think I probably say "that was horseshit" under my breath more than I say "hello"

#7 Posted by SadPatrol (494 posts) -

When people are around I do. Alone, almost never

#8 Posted by Dany (7887 posts) -

Somtimes, usually when I am trying to finish a sequeince/act/annoying gaming sequence and I just say "oh god damn it"

#9 Posted by DrPockets000 (2859 posts) -

It actually depends on how much I've had to drink. I played some wasted Batman a few weeks ago and was shouting a lot. More often than not I need to have someone with me and we both shout, but on my own I generally don't make too much noise.

#10 Posted by TaliciaDragonsong (8698 posts) -

Only when playing shooters that aren't Timesplitters, I suck at them and die from psychic bullets across the level.

#11 Posted by face15 (1244 posts) -

I say stuff along the lines of 'Fuck off' and 'Oh, that was fucking bullshit'.

#12 Posted by Flappy (2034 posts) -

Only in reaction to something totally stupid. For example, Rondo droppin' a random 3 on my head in 2k12. Some things just aren't meant to happen, y'know?

#13 Posted by Milkman (16226 posts) -

I don't yell but beat the shit out of my couch sometimes.

#14 Posted by mac_n_nina (272 posts) -

Yes and if I'm repeatedly dying at a certain part or whatever then I may even go crazy and make up curse words and beat the shit out of the couch.

#15 Posted by rentfn (1267 posts) -

Never too loud but if something is sweet or a major bummer I will react out loud.

#16 Posted by Vonocourt (2107 posts) -

Some mutterings along the lines of "what the fuck," I usually turn off the console before I get too a point where shouting seems like a reasonable thing to do.

#17 Edited by Still_I_Cry (2494 posts) -

No, but I usually swear profusely under my breath when I die in Skyrim or Battlefield 3, or Gears 3.

These as well.

Still, I never get to the point of actually hitting anything/yelling.

I feel juvenile afterwards on the rare occasions it does happen.

Which makes me feel like a moron.

I don't like feeling like a moron.

Thus, I try not to do it.

#18 Posted by Dogma (942 posts) -

I yelled a deep, loud och triumphant YES!!!! (and called on my girlfriend) when I beat the final boss i Skyward Sword this weekend.

#19 Posted by Witzig (326 posts) -

Yes I do, mostly it's me cussing at the tv screen or moniter (childish I know).

#20 Posted by Robot_Sneakers (417 posts) -

No I don't really, I stay pretty quiet while playing though unless I'm getting destroyed then I might start swearing. And when playing Skyrim I'm tempted to yell FUS RO DAH!

#21 Edited by MayorFeedback (672 posts) -

Constantly. Well, maybe not constantly, but a lot. And it almost always involves swearing, even if I'm not mad. My wife makes fun of me for it. The new Assassin's Creed has had me pretty vocal: "Yeah, that's right, motherfucker, what now? Fuckin'... STABBED." I'm a pretty laid back dude, but I do enjoy trash talking virtual people when I murder them.

#22 Posted by ShaggE (5981 posts) -

I usually just extend my middle finger at the screen while mentally yelling nonsensical obscenities like "Blow your ass out of your ass, you son of a flying fuck potato!"

No idea why.

#23 Posted by TheDudeOfGaming (6077 posts) -

There are only two times i yell out loud.
1) When i play any competitive multiplayer game and i loose due to my team or my own stupid mistake.
2) When I'm really annoyed.
Doesn't happen often, but when it does, it's bad.

#24 Posted by Guided_By_Tigers (8060 posts) -

Yes quite often actually.

#25 Posted by Napalm (9020 posts) -

I am a very vocal and exclamatory person when I play videogames. So, yes.

#26 Posted by KillyDarko (1888 posts) -

If I'm by myself I don't even talk, let alone yell.

#27 Posted by Boboblaw (256 posts) -

Nope.

But I do commentate while I play Fifa..

#28 Posted by TehFlan (1944 posts) -

It's more grunt than yell, really.

These are more or less the only two things I said when playing through Uncharted 3.

...and basically any game ever.

I don't even know why I play games.

#30 Posted by Sergio (1773 posts) -

I usually don't, but I've found myself yelling at Lydia a lot.

#31 Posted by Clonedzero (3720 posts) -

yes but only when people aren't around.

#32 Posted by matthias2437 (985 posts) -

I will sometimes if something awesome happens just be like "OH SHIT THAT WAS AWESOME" but I don't really yell it. When I get really mad while playing I generally just mumble profanities and if it gets real bad I may punch my computer desk, but it takes a lot to get that to happen.

#33 Posted by wh1terav3n (652 posts) -

Generally in frustration I yell at my MW3 or BF3 teammates for being horrible. No team should have a member that goes +20 in TDM and still lose by 20. The complete lack of skill matching in MW3 is insanely frustrating. Playing with guys who are far worse than you, yet having teammates far worse than them is one of the worst gaming experiences available.

#34 Posted by BlinkyTM (1054 posts) -

I mumble stuff or say "What the fu-!" (I never put the ck at the end for some reason :P) or "WHAT?!" or "What the hell was that?!"

#35 Posted by bybeach (4600 posts) -

I've developed a vocal habit lately and Fear 2 hasn't brought out the best in me. It's fustrating because some of the production values in that game are so great, but the are meeting engagements with the enemy where they suddenly fall in luv with one shot kills(against me) and in several that also starts you off in a coffin corner of sorts to boot. Even with slo-mo it was a bit of a pain. I'm not even going to do the infamous boss battle.....

So yes I'm going to have to start curbing my voice.

#36 Posted by SMTDante89 (2470 posts) -

Only when I'm alone or with close friends, and even then it's kind of rare unless I'm already having an off day.

#37 Edited by mscupcakes (610 posts) -

Fighting games mainly, I'm always shouting "Kill him! Punch him, do the shoryouken!" type of thing.

Also when I get killed by something crazy in games.

Play League of Legends.

#39 Posted by Brodehouse (9370 posts) -

Unfortunately yes. Not in triumph, only in frustration. It's an issue.

#40 Posted by Winternet (7936 posts) -

Not that much.

#41 Posted by Ravenlight (8033 posts) -

I usually only yell when I'm killed by snipers with 900 ping in TF2. Which is usually succeeded by me taking a break.

Lately, Skyrim has lead to me vocalizing how awesome something is. IE: Bandits disappearing into the sky Team Rocket style when fighting a giant.

#42 Posted by Simplexity (1382 posts) -

I do, but its mostly angry Norwegian cursing.

#43 Posted by VisariLoyalist (2991 posts) -

the people who said yes must be liars right? right? please tell me you people aren't sitting in your houses yelling at your consoles please I just can't deal with a world like that.

I'm the opposite. I talk and comment like Greg Kasivan (sp?) when I'm playing by myself but I'm pretty quiet when there are others around. Not silent, but the most I get is emotional outbursts of anger or joy.

#45 Posted by AwesomeAquaman (164 posts) -

Always.
