programing problem with fishing frenzy

i purchased this game in January, 2009.  after reaching a certain level i encountered an Assert fail: a_cameraModel
In file 'SceneManager.cpp' at line 184     message.  I took the game back and traded it in for a 2nd disc of Fishing Frenzy

No Caption Provided
 I erased the memory from my wII & after 5 hours of playing the game, I reached a certain point and received the same erro message.  has anyone else experienced this?
