PS All-stars Amazon code issues - General Discussion

I got my Vita bundle yesterday from the Amazon sale and decided to redeem my code for PlayStation All-stars on the PSN store, but the code is too long to fit into the spaces provided. Is there a certain place I need to go to put this code in?

if its more than 12 numbers its not for PSN. ps vita maybe? i dont know if all stars came out on the ps vita if it did its probably a code for the vita version

Well yeah I guess I should clarify that I tried to redeem it through the store app on the Vita. That seems to be a no go though.

@Sidoran: if the code is written like this:

aaaa-aaaa-aaaa

its PS3. i have no clue about the vita

@living4theday258 It is like that. The second and third sections of the code have more characters than the first, which is where it started to fall apart when I tried to put it in. Kinda sucks if I need to do it on PS3 considering that mine went all yellow light of death on me.

@Sidoran: I had no problem redeeming my code on the Vita, it should be redeemable on either system. It should be a 12 digit code. Each of the 3 sections should only have 4 digits. If you have more than 12 digits, then you need to contact Amazon. I imagine they will correct the problem for you.

@MetalBaofu That's my problem then. The first section has four, but the others have six. I'll see if I can get that sorted out.

i think you might be trying to use the 10$ off AC3 code since it has the 4-6-6

@Sosas As a matter of fact, that's exactly what I was doing! I didn't realize I had two different emails of promo codes. I guess I can go through the rest of the day confident in the knowledge that I've gotten my "boy I feel like a dumbass" moment out of the way for today!
