PS4 Hard drive help please

I put in a new hard drive and when I try to update under option 7 it says the file cannot be used. The usb is in PS4>UPDATE.

It is FAT but doesn't say FAT32 which may be the problem.

I got the update from here http://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/system-updates/ps4/#installationSteps

but I am using a UK machine, this was the only website I could find. I am not very good at this and any help would be great.

Have you found any solution of this issue with the hard drive.I am also browsing for the solution of the same problem of Hard drive.
