Question about buying games on PSN

As you've seen by my previous posts, I've just gotten into the wonderful world of PS3.  I had a question about the PSN store. If I buy a game there, and remove it from my hard drive, is the game tied to my account? Can I re-download it again w/o paying for it? Can I download a game purchased to my PS3 and my PSP, if they are tied to my account?

Yes, it is tied to your account :)

You can dl it up to 5 times with no problems

Let's be clear.  You can download it on 5 different PS3s (as defined by an internal serial number sent over the net).  If you delete it off your PS3 and redownload it right away on that same PS3, it doesn't count against you.
 
I think there is a way to revoke those licenses too, but I've never done it.
