Apparently this game, or something similar, was talked about a bit in a closed session in some small scale european conference (remember, rare is british). Since this is coming out now, and it's expected that Rare will announce 1-2 games at E3, it is possible that this game would be what they're going to announce at E3. Take this as a rumor, but there is obviously some high quality concept art.
