The free weekend of Team Fortress 2 beginsTODAY on Steam if anyone is interested in the game, but hasn't had the courage to buy it. I very much recommend to at least try this game, as it is amazingly fun and regularly updated with free content of maps, gamemodes, and weapons. It will begin Friday August 22.

"Fosssil said:Yeah, this is very true. You gotta hand it to Valve, they give us massive free updates, then do whatever they can to enhance the community with stuff like this. Sure, it gets people to buy the game, but it still benefits us who play the game."Thanks for the heads-up! I'll be sure to check it out."No problem, it's always nice to get new players."
"i haven't played TF2 in awhile....i'll get back to it sometime."Get that Heavy avatar off right now *angry face*
"DARKIDO07 said:Ok bassically any PC game that has the "Gamespy Arcade" logo on the box, I can't play online because of some weird thing with my Router even though I have perfect connection to Xbox Live."Ok thanks. I might buy it by my Router won't let me play PC games online if GameSpy is involved or I get massive lag."That sentence there was very hard to comprehend.
But GameSpy isn't involved in TF2, just so you know"
Aw sweet! I'll finally get to see if the game can run smoothly on my comp without my damn computer crashing on me. (i.e. Spore Creature Creator usually runs alright on my comp but like clockwork my comp always crashes to a blue screen before rebooting every time I exit the game and try to start a new program.
"Just be prepared for the aftermath of the recent Heavy Update. You'll probably see more Heavies than you usually would in a normal game."that reminds me of something funny I did today. I named myself "Rocky Balboa" and spammed the Rocky theme while only using my fists in games.
