- Strong classic RPG vibe, even more so than from games like Dragon Age. - Menus are slick - Relatively streamlined command interface
Gameplay cons
- Bland quest structure (go to A, fetch B) - Combat is kind of boring (though, may be just because it's the beginning of the game) - No "run" as far as I can tell (permanently on some sort of fast walk) - Characters are unaware; you can shoot an arrow into someone's head and they will not react at all
Presentation pros:
- Shadows are nicely done, but have a heavy hit on performance - Nice music and sound design - I like the main character design - Textures are decent (but suffer from aggressive LoD scaling)
Presentation cons:
- Graphics are kind of janky overall - Large draw distance, but everything far away instantly loses a lot of detail - Faces look off
- Voice acting is bad - Texture pop-in is prevalent - No antialiasing (for a game with a lot of foliage, this is a rather large con) - Performance is pretty demanding, I wouldn't recommend anything under a Radeon HD 5870. You will probably need something along the lines of RHD 5970 or GTX 470 SLI at least if you want a consistent 60fps at maxed settings.
Overall, 3/5 stars. There are some promising elements but it's too janky and niche to recommend with any conviction.

These are the only things that are off putting to me, I need my run/walk toggle in rpgs.

Why is literally nobody posting in this thread anymore? An entire community of gamers don't have any pictures or videos of their games to share? Anyways I thought I'd bump this and try to start it up again. Here's some Crysis for old time's sake.
