@Superman64: Ughhh when is everyone gonna stop with this?I do kinda agree though in a sense that Jeff probably wasn't the best person to review it.I think a 3 would of been perfect.I knew Jeff would review it a 2 or 1 I knew he would be all bored talking with a calm voice noting Duke's one liners and what not.And I was right.I dunno I think Ryan would have been more suitable.I mean really the media just shitted all over Duke if it didn't have the Duke label I bet you they would just give it a decent score but since it was Duke everyone took turns shitting on it.
And I feel like a sheep for listening cause when I actually played it.....it's not that bad!I was expecting utter shit but it was decent fun.Not GOTY material, not great, but definetly not shit.Alot better than other shitty games that came out this year.(Conduit 2 and Hunted comes to mind)I just don't see what was the point in shitting on it.Did they get paid for the bad scores they gave?

Well that wasn't my intention, but what I said is true. The only reason I said Jeff is because that's the one that caught my eye since I'm a Giant Bomb member.
Wow, blackballing all reviewers unless they gave a game a 3/5 is ridiculous. Just because a reviewer has an opinion doesn't make them a "crap reviewer"
Seriously though, I've disagreed with Jeff before and I likely will again, but the man's honest and actually talks about the game (at least in his reviews, he's way too pissy in quicklooks unless he's got Ryan with him). If anything, his was among the best reviews for the game.
Jeff is looking out for us, the consumer! Jeff knows his stuff. It's okay to disagree with game reviews. I just don't think it's classy to hate on the reviewers themselves.

I linked this on Twitter a couple of days ago and the article is ridiculous. It's written by someone who apparently has the ability and understanding to compose a piece like this and compile all these statistics, yet doesn't understand the very basic concept that reviews are subjective.
One day in Internet Land, I came across a poorly written article that I didn't agree with so I decided to make a forum post telling people to go read it and give the poorly written article more traffic. Thinking back, I'm not sure why I did it, but it seemed like a good idea at the time.
I disagreed with Jeff's review because unlike him I am having fun with the game...that doesn't mean I'm screaming into the internet that he sucks now or calling his FUCKING OPINION INTO QUESTION Fucking christ.
