Soul Calibur IV on 360 or PS3?

What console are you guys getting this on? I want the PS3 version for Vader but I have more friends to play online with on the 360, plus achievements so I will probably go with that version. Hopefully the rumors are true and you can eventually unlock both characters in both  versions.

I'll get the PS3 version if it gets decent reviews since my 360 is presently going away to Germany to retrieve it's life.

im getting the 360 version because Yoda kicks ass.
im gonna DL vader as soon as he becomes available though.
its practically confirmed that hes in (theres a video of him and yoda fighting on youtube)

I would love to get the PS3 version for Vader right away, but I own a 360 so I'm going to have to settle with Yoda at first.

If I do decide to buy the game, I'll be getting the 360 version, since I don't have a PS3 lol.  But as said above, I too will be downloading Vader once he is available.

but who cares about star wars characters what im really looking forward to is the premier online experience over XBOX live and the better framerate/sharper graphics that the 360 version of games always deliver.

Whichever has the better Arcade stick is the winner considering I have both a PS3 and 360.

Xbox 360, I am just so used to that controller now, I don't think I could play on anything else.  The Dualshock 3 just FEELS wrong.

360 as its the one I own. Just wish it had a better d-pad, but then again nothing is perfect.

Xbox 360. Despite me playing both Soul Calibur II and III on the PS2, I don't have a PS3, and i'd probably just get it on 360 even if I did. It's the better console of the two, in my opinion. Although, i'd much rather have Darth Vader than Yoda. Bleh.

if the rumor of darth vader and yoda being dlc is true then the 360 version just because i think that's the version they are building and then porting it to the ps3 but if it's not true then both because darth vader and yoda are worth it

You guys see the video of Yoda fighting Darth Vader? I'm assuming that there will be some sort of DLC to add the characters.

There better had be, within the first few days of release, the lack of Darth Vader on 360 will really get to me.

The game itself has been getting great reviews( including both ps3 version and 360), check out metacritic on SCIV and view all the different sites full reviews,for the most part they said they are equal visually, and run fine on each console,with only difference of course Vader or Yoda for the time being(which I'm sure will be dlc on both sooner or later) load times are fine on both too,but PS3 one has an optional install to make things a tad faster than the 360 version says IGN.

I'm getting PS3 version,then renting 360 as well,I'd say between the exclusive(atm) character you want to try out,and where more of your friends are is the debate,so its all personal preference.  Other than the 360's d-pad being terrible(should probably go for a arcade stick controller)

It was a no-brainer for me, I don't own a 360 anyway.
I've heard the PS3 version has better visuals though, but it's just a rumor..

Also, IGN says that yoda is an overpowered suckfest. (though not those exact words)

For the most part I've heard both vader and yoda aren't amazing just because they tried to make them like they should seem,as in obviously they don't have as many fighting styles and abilties as other characters. But apparently the apprentice character,is by far said to be the best out of the star wars bunch.

360 for points.  However the more I play with the Dualshock the more I love it.  I would much rather play this on the PS3 but I went out last week and bought a Hori Arcade Stick for the 360.  Now not only is SC4 amazing on this stick it also works for most of the arcade titles.  Yoda was fun to play with but hard to get a feel for.  His moves were not flowing for me.  Practice.

I'm getting the Xbox 360 version because I don't own a ps2. =P
