Split-screen games for PC

Hello there fellow bombers, I have a questions that I hope someone can help me with. 
I have some family coming over for the holidays, and they are just as geeky as I am. I only own a PC so I was wondering if there are some good co-op/Split-screen games where you only have to run 1 PC with 2 controllers. 
They are mostly into driving games, but can play anything really.

Trine and Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light are the two I'd go for - not split screen technically as you share the screen space but the most fun I've had playing local coop in a long damned time

Serious Sam had it. Awesome times with that. 

The Heroes of Might and Magic game are not split screen, but they got hot seat multiplayer and are fun as hell in co-op on one PC.
