http://code.google.com/p/steam-prices/ For example, the price of the HL2 Episode pack is 41% higher in the EU Tier 1 (whatever that is) than the US prices, which seems pretty crazy. There also doesn't seem to be much consistency in the price differences. I've seen UK prices higher and lower than US prices.
