So I just watched the VGAs,
and when Stevie Wonder made his statement about making games for accessible to the disabled, All I could think of was this...

Its actually kind of amazing that with the level of advancement videos have had in the last 20 years that something similar to this hasnt been created for modern systems.
Obviously any hands free system like this would have difficulty with the advanced controls most new games have, But still I find it surprising.

This pretty bulky controller is strapped to the player's chest, with him/her using his/her tongue and mouth to actually control the character. The D-pad is replaced with a stick that's moved with the player's mouth and tongue while the A and B buttons are “pressed” when the user starts sipping and blowing through a small pipe.
