Great, censorship. Why video games alone? Has there ever been a definite link between violent acts and video games WITHOUT some major problem standing in the way to begin with?

i live in switzerland, and this sucks big time. It frustrates me to no end when people lay all the blame on games when there are movies and shows out there that are doing the exact same thing.
 
I heard the news today, but there hasn't been any change so far. If there is a change then, i just hope to god that sometime soon in the future people will realise what dicks they are being about the whole "violence in video games produce serial killers" stuff.
 
Although I buy my games online from the UK, since games in Switzerland are already massively overpriced. If there is a change atleast i'll still be able to get my games.
