Hi i'm crunchUK. You may remember me from such threads as "the IRC needs YOU!" and" I hate fat people - the deleted scenes". Today i'm here to ask the WHOLE WORLD which game they can't wait for, there's a lot to choose from i think with the likes of ODST, forza 3, modern warfare 2 and um.................... uh something else coming out very soon!
Anyway my pick goes to forza 3. The reason behind this and why i didn't pick halo 3 ODST is because forza is awesome. Halo 3 ODST will be awesome too i have no doubt, but it has no multiplayer, and won't bring along the longevity or the simply epic Multiplayer BTB moments that all halo players live for. Anyway, back to forza.
Improve on forza and you have more awesome. I still play forza 2 all the time, and the fact that they've added drag racing and drifting (both of which have been existing in forza 2 unofficially in the community) makes me really excited. I can't wait to tune up some cars and race them against some fools in all manner of competitions online. Also, in car view and some of the things you get in forza, like 250mph, 2 gs of cornering and drifts almost perpendicular to the road, will be absolutely spectacular. And imagine rolling your car!
The only thing i don't like about it is the STUPID rewind feature. I hope i can turn it off and get more cash instead.

If not, then there is already a recent one of these floating around somewhere.
I have no money other than 1200 MSP until october, so i'm anxiously awaiting either Shadow Complex or MVC2 I havn't decided which yet.
So while theres a bunch of games I want, the only one i'll actually be able to play until october is one of those two, and i'm looking forward to trying out 1 vs 100 tonight and tommorow, i'll get to see what thats like finally.
I bet there has already been a post like but whatever, i havent seen that one in awhile so a new one sounds great!
I am looking forward to MW2, but that alpha protocol safehouse video got me really excited for that game, so come october, i have no clue what game I will be playing.

This might be the topic, but I had originally deleted my post. I figured the question was warped a bit different than the linked topic.
My answer this time around is going to be slightly different than what I posted in the "This" thread. In that one, I said SWTOR, because I wanted to level up before everyone else got on board, however with this one I'm going back to my impulse answer and say Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. It's been my number 1 game for a while now and still remains strong in my "day one" category.
Somewhere among all my "now, NOW!" desires must live Crackdown 2, but with only a short trailer to go on, I just can't commit yet.
Definitely Modern Warfare 2. I've spent the most time with COD 4 more than any other Xbox game and it's the shooter of choice amongst all of my friends.

It was kinda funny lol, you might even have been there, the minute I realised the UK didn't have a 1 vs 100 Beta, I started bitching about it and that same day, it was announced lol!
So yeah it's gonna be fun getting to try that out, don't know about the US version but our beta even has prizes now too O_o so yeah, I got nothing else to do this weekend i'm gonna try win me something, although I guarantee you if I even come close, i'll get stuppered by a football question :\ I hate football lol.

At moment, I guess "Bioshock 2"? A month ago I would have said "Starcraft 2", but Blizzard made some very bad calls since then. Those are the only two games I have preordered right now and I am looking forward to play them, but not very eagerly.
Uncharted 2 and Mafia II, I was also really excited for The Saboteur until I watched the E3 demonstration and saw 2 or 3 things which really put me off it :\ Bioshock 2 could be promising but to me it just sounds like a cash-in.
The Last Guardian. It's THE game I need to get a PlayStation 3 for. Well...that and a whole bunch of other games. But The Last Guardian is the one I want most.
I was really psyched for Halo 3:ODST but now my mind has changed after playing Left 4 Dead every day for a week and a half and wanting more. I only have 5 achievements left to go and then I can go to Left 4 Dead 2 and never look back.
Of course Forza 3 is a lock to be incredible, but this game will be essential as well. Oh, BTW Crunch, here's a brand new Forza 3 design walkthrough vid from GT:
I am eagerly anticipating many different games, but the one that comes out first, Is Wolfenstein. I really loved the other games in the series and can't wait for this one. I am all awaiting the obvious choices of Modern Warfare 2, Halo 3 ODST, Diablo 3(probably won't come out for a long time), Madden NFL 10, and Alpha Protocol is a game that has sparked my interests, based on that last video.
