I need to know which game this is:
It was one of the games that came on those demo discs the Playstation had in their magazine
It was for the PS1
You were like a chicken or something
The game was centered around platforming or something, maybe puzzles

Was it Mort the Chicken?" I need to know which game this is: It was one of the games that came on those demo discs the Playstation had in their magazine It was for the PS1 You were like a chicken or something The game was centered around platforming or something, maybe puzzles "
Or Chicken Run?
I just found these on the Chicken concept page, know almost nothing about them.

I used a less efficient means of trying to find it.
Turns out Mort the Chicken was featured on Disc 70 of the Official UK Playstation magazine.
- PS1 game
- Sci Fi FPS Shooter
- The level was dark corridor with yellow/green lights
- You only had one gun which could transform in to different types of weapons, laser machine gun to rocket laucher etc. I think it told you on the top of the gun how much ammo you had in red numbers.
- The main thing I remember was how cool I thought the animations were when the gun transformed.
- I remember turret things I had to shoot but not much else
- I think it was a demo from UK Playstation magazine
Thats all I got.
Edit:
1. Late 90's to early 2000's.
2. PC
3. Vehicle Shooter (I'm positive there were tanks, but I think there were planes as well, but i'm not sure). Turret gameplay as well.
4. Sci-Fi. The enemies were aliens and it took place on distant worlds with lots of hills.
5. Gameplay consisted of fighting enemies and defending bases/structures.
6. Green and black theme. It was on the disk, the box, the menus, everywhere. The game itself might have been green and black as well.

" @X19: It's a long shot, but was it Lifeforce/Codename Tenka?Argh nostalgia that robot voice brings it all back also that was the exact level I was describing.
Edit:"
Thanks Ignor
" @BeachThunder: Could it be ZZT or Super ZZT? Edit: Scratch that, I looked into the games a little deeper and the gameplay seems way off. I was just judging based on the screenshots. It does seem like those games had a lot of mod support, though. You could have possibly played a mod of them. "Nah, I'm almost certain it wasn't an ASCII game...Honestly, I don't expect to find the answer, it really seems to be the most of obscure of the obscure.
It's a 3d isometric viewed cartoonish strategy-esque game.
You use your small team of blue guys and try to build a quick base to destroy the other team's base.
I think the enemy team was green. Not sure if colors were automatically chosen, but yeah that's not important.
The demo was 2 player.
I think it was on one of the discs back when they PSU demo disc menu was a bunch of selectable big-screen TVs on top of skyscrapers.
VERY ROUGHLY between 1999-2003
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I always wanted to try the full game.
Team Buddies? If it is, apparantly you're screwed, cause it's apparantly one of the rarest and most valuable games on the system, up there with the Personas, Tactics Ogre and Valkyrie Profile.
It's a game I would like to know the name of, I saw it when I was very young so I don't remember much.
Anyway, it was for the NES I think, and a platformer.
It was this boss who I think was a helicopter and the background was completely black, the bosses sent out some weird jumping red stuff.
I also think GAME OVER screen was showing a grave on a graveyard, maybe in the sunset.
Somebody got any idea?
My Fiancée who has just recently gotten back into gaming a bit has a fleeting memory of an old school Top-Down RPG. From what she has described I don't believe it is not Ultima and it certainly isn't Wizardy so I am thinking that she may have played one of the Gold Box games. Clairvoyance is a spell that you can cast... with your mouse apparently. It was used to find hidden doors.
Forgive my recounting because she is giving this to me through the fog of many a glass of wine.
There was an initial dungeon that when defeated yielded an amulet of unknown purpose. When returning to the starting town after the initial dungeon you find it burning and a trail leading.... west. The graphics were somewhere between Ultima 4 and 5 from what I have gathered.
Please help me, my knowledge of old school RPGs is exhausted and I know someone around here has played this game. She wants it again.
Edit: Apparently you might not need your mouse to play Clairvoyance.
I remember playing it in the 90s, I was young, I think it was a DOS computer, or something equally archaic, so yeah, reeeeeeal old
the game consisted of entirely black and white simplistic graphics
basically, the game consisted of 2 houses on the same screen, one was player 1s house, the other house belonged to player 2
You each took it in turns to destroy the other person's house through the use of various things such as weather etc, I'm sure I remember making it rain on the other person's house before and it started deteriorating
it was a fun game, I'd really like a chance to play it again, for old time's sake
so yeah, 2 houses, black and white graphics, oooold (80s-early 90s) and you too kit in turns fighting each other with weather

- Table has not changed but I have some ideas to improve it.
@Kjellm87:
Can I put Journey to Silius as the answer you were looking for then.
@Smedles:
Was it Incoming: The Final Conflict?
All signs (exept maybe 6) point towards Infestation. I hope that's the one you're looking for." 1. Late 90's to early 2000's.

Its a game I've been trying to remember the name of for aaages. It was for the Sega Mega Drive, and I think it was a side-scrolling platformer, based on that mythical/medieval style of shit (possibly). The closest game I can relate to it is that second Legend of Zelda game that was a side scroller. Sorry if my description is crap, but it was a very long time ago.
If anybody even has the faintest idea what I am on about, its a miracle.
@X19: I've been told I have to tell you of my request, so I'll just quote what I commented earlier

However, I have narrowed it down to five games. I hope one of these is what you're looking for:
Otherwise it may be Wonderboy in Monster World.
