Superman 64.
YAY-YAY
The game is shit, but you love it.
" @Gabriel said:can you really be a white african woman?" @thegoldencat7 said:Yes, that picture is accurate. I am a black african woman. No seriously that series is just egregious for adding next to nothing each year. For the record I bought 1 of them. """ I bought WAY too many Dynasty Warriors games. Dear god. "
excluding south africans. they're not real africans.
" The Punisher on Xbox "YES.
It was very simple. but interrogating people and then throwing them into wood chippers is just... good.
" @Catolf: Oh yeah, Bloody Roar definitely counts. Everything after the second one was ridiculously bad as far as balanced fighting games go, but the concept was pretty fun. "XD I don't understand the stories for the life of me, but dammit i love the fighting so much...
It's also a buggy, ugly mess. I love it so.
I have spent around 70 hours playing Bladestorm on the 360 and unlocked all the achievements. It's broken and monetenous as all hell, but just going out and doing battle day to day for a while felt pretty awesome. It really captured the mercenary life that you had it as your job to aid whatever force you felt like.
Freshman year I rented Espn X-Games SKateboarding about 5 times and loved it. Not enough to ever actually buy it, but I still played the shit out of it. I think the wait for THPS 3 was so unbearable that I had to go for the shitty cash-in clone.
Add me to the Too Human bus, I loved that game. Never understood the hate for it, but hey, it's cool.
" Blue Dragon. Critically, it reviewed well, but people still like to shit on it. "This.
Also, Railworks 2. Technically speaking, there's nothing wrong with the game. Looks pretty good, controls well, UI is decent enough. There's nothing really bad about it. However, it is no surprise to me that people would find driving trains for hours boring. I am not one of those people so I freaking love this game. Or this glorified, interactive screensaver or whatever you want to call it haha.
A fundamentally flawed game that is probably the most unbalanced fighting game ever conceived, but man this game is a fucking riot played with a group of drunk friends. I will never forget the moment I brought this bad boy out at a LAN/cookout/beer tasting my friends and I put together every year in Jersey and the reaction it got the first time someone got an instant kill by decapitating the opposing player with a spear through the head. Entirely terrible game on it's own merit but in a social setting it's pretty amazing. Whenever a dispute breaks out between my roommates I now break out this bad boy. Let the Deadliest Warrior decide who is right!
" Shenmue 1/2 one of my favorite game series of all time "What lying asshole told you Shenmue was bad? It's not perfect but it sure as hell isn't a bad game. The again... my selection isn't bad either, ha ha.
Alright. I really, really liked Future Tactics. It's a turn based strategic RPG shooter that has an art style really sort of proto-TF2/Monday Night Combat.
And the studio that made it (their last game), is Zed Two - who you'll know from Wetrix, which is another game I distinctly recall getting 2's and 3's in EGM and the like.
Now if I had to pick a game I liked but I know is genuinely bad, and I like it because or despite it being bad...
BIO F.R.E.A.K.S. It's AWFUL. I wanna play it right now.
