Finished Dishonored about a month ago and have been playing a few things here and there ever since, inc KOTOR2 complete off Steam and Far Cry 3. Just jumped back into Skyrim w/ Dawnguard and Dragonborn DLC. A pleasure to get back into Elder Scrolls now that there's new stuff to do.
I can't think of the last game I played through. Consulting Steam would help, but I don't have it to hand atm.
Playing through DmC at the moment. Playing on normal to get a grasp of the systems. Planning on playing straight through again on a harder setting on new game+ (please tell me there's a new game+ feature).
Just finished Machinarium a couple of nights ago, great little adventure game, I had a huge amount of fun with that. Currently playing Second Sight, on PC, with Xpadder substituted gamepad controls, on my old laptop. . . Damn superbowl season sequestering my PC to the living room.
Seems like Borderlands 1 was the last game I finished, and that was around 6 months ago. I guess right now I'm juggling between Sleeping Dogs and Far Cry 3, with the occasional hour of Krater every now and then. I've mostly been playing multiplayer games recently though, including an unhealthy amount of Everquest II.
Recently Beat all three Mass Effect games in order and all their DLC. Right now im between Dragon age,Fallout new vegas, Fable 2. Sadly nothing is keeping my interest right now.
Anyone have suggestons for a decent XBLA game for under 1200 MS points?
Last game I finished was 999, which was pretty fantastamazing.
I'm playing Alan Wake now. The story is interesting, but the actual writing is terribad, with bad dialogue and terrible plot devices and conveniences. Gameplay is alright, but in a post Uncharted 2 world, it just doesn't hold up. Style, mood, tone, and pacing are spot on perfect though.
Finished Dark Souls about an hour ago, downloading Rayman Origins so I can play that after work tomorrow. I might turn on my tv for the first time in several months to play Ni No Kuni tomorrow, but that's unlikely.
Hard to tell. I downloaded SHMUPMAME and about forty old-school arcade shmups to go with my brand-spanking-new all Sanwa parts in a wooden case joystick (there's a great custom build shop you can order from for cheap in Korea, run by "Laugh" I think, the player who won SFxT with Infiltration at EVO 2012) that I might just use to play some Street Fighter with at some point. I think the last one I played through was Battle Bakraid - Unlimited Version. Mediocre shooter there, especially alongside the likes of DoDonPachi, R-Type, Gradius, Sexy Parodius (truly awesome, and underrated) and Giga Wing and its pseudo-sequel Mars Matrix. I love shmups, but boy do I suck at them, except for Sexy Parodius, I've played that one to death. The music is blisteringly awesome video-gamey remixes of classical pieces. Did a no-death run once, a long time ago.
Oh yeah, I'm working on Dead Space 1 at the moment, which I hope to finish up next, but the lure of luscious 2D rendered sprites and an arcade joystick has proved too much to resist for now.
I recently finished infamous 2, mafia 2, and killzone 2( that's a lot of 2's LOL). I'm playing through several games but i think i'm near the end of ratchet and clank: a crank in time so i may just blast through it tomorrow and finish. I'm about 1/3 of the way though darksiders 2 and started a sl1 playthrough of dark souls b/c apprently i'm a masochist and like punishing myself. You'd think after playing the game for a year, i'd be tired of it but apparently not. I recently picked up mark of the ninja so i'll probably start playing more of that after i'm done with ratchet and clank and mulling a dragon age origins run after i give up on the sl1 playthrough when i come to the realization that i can't beat O & S at sl1 and quit the playthrough.
