*The Official "Which game(s) should I get" thread*

In a feeble attempt at cutting down on the amount of "Which should I get? Game X or Game Y?" threads, I have created this one as a place to post all users who need help in their moment of indecision.

I'll start this off.

I've got $200 to spend on games over the next 2 months, now I would rather not spend it all, but I've got a large budget. I plan on picking up GOW2 as soon as my Xbox returns from hell, and I would like at least one game to go with it. So:

1. Mirrors Edge
2. Left 4 Dead
3. Call of Duty: World at War (PS3 or 360?)

I wouldn't touch LBP until we know why all these levels are getting deleted...

Yea, but even levels that aren't violating copyrights are being deleted...some of the speculation as to why is the reason I am holding off my purchase.

Mirrors Edge for 360 or PS3? I can't decide. On one hand I want achievements, on the other, the PS3 demo looked beautiful and I didn't have a wind tunnel blasting out of the console so I could actually hear myself think.

3 Stars seems to be a negative score, based on the games that have recieved it and the reviews attatched to them."

I'm definitely thinking Left 4 Dead instead of Mirrors Edge now."

I've got about $200 to spend this month. 

If you've rented Fallout 3 already and loved it then definitely buy that. And in terms of renting... hmmm, you can probably beat all of Mirrors Edge in one renting period (it's a 5 hour game) , and I'm not sure about the others. Go rent Mirrors Edge.

Fallout 3 or Oblivion?

Mikeyd you should definitely go for Fallout 3.

I'm torn between getting L4D... I just need to know that Valve won't ignore it like TF2 on 360.
