What do you think are the shadiest video game characters of all time?

Up until Umbrella Chronicles and Resident Evil 5 shit all over his character, Albert Wesker.

Colonel Campbell has always been a bit shady. Teddie freaks me out a bit, too.

GMan. It's ridiculous we still haven't learned anything about him after all these games. Well, little tidbits. But not enough to satisfy.

What? He's full of shade. Enough that it makes up his title. How can you get any more shady than that?

I would have to agree with some of the people here on Gman. He is rather shady, lacks any character description but the fact that he seems to know everything.

I remember in Oblivion that there was this dude outside the Imperial City selling weird potions. No one ever mentioned him in the game.

Igor from the persona series. They never explain why he's always in the velvet room, and why its in a different place every game.
